NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Federation will be held at the Continental Seafood Restaurant, 11700 Cambie Road, Richmond, British Columbia, Canada on Monday,
May 27, 2019, at 6:00 pm in accordance with the B.C. Society Act,

the following business:
 Presentation of the annual report
 Consideration of the financial statements
 Finalization of the budget
 Assessment of fees for the coming year
 Appointment of the auditor for the coming year
 Appointment of new directors
 Transaction of any special business

A 30 days notice is hereby given to all members, directors and officers of the Federation. Please make time to attend and confirm your attendance to the Secretarial Office at phone no. 604-278-0033 or email to ccttf@teamgroup.bc.ca. For those who cannot attend, please appoint one proxy by submitting the proxy form below to the Secretarial Office not less than seventy-two (72) hours before the holding of the meeting
that is by 6:00 pm, Friday, May 24, 2019. Relevant information pertaining to the meeting will be available in the AGM.
